What happens after you get in touch
The process is the same on every project, from a single villa to a tower. Only the scale changes, not the steps.
- Discovery call, within one business day. Building type, approximate facade area, location and target schedule. This gives an indicative range, not a binding price.
- Site visit. No binding quotation without one. Substrate condition and site access are the two items nobody can assess remotely, and they are exactly what moves the price.
- Itemised written quotation. Panel manufacturer and core grade, support system, insulation, access equipment, programme and warranty — including what is not included.
- Design and CNC fabrication. Elevation drawings and opening details, then fabrication. Cuts and folds happen in the shop, not on site.
- Supervised installation and handover, with the manufacturer documentation for the panels actually installed.
What to have ready
None of this is required, but each item shortens the path to an accurate quotation: building type and number of storeys, approximate facade area in m², the address or at least the city (specification changes with distance from the sea), whether this is new build or refurbishment, photographs of the existing facade, and any schedule constraints.
