Privacy Policy
DAR GROUP ("the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of this site. This policy describes how we collect, process and store information, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 (5741) and Amendment 13.
1. Scope and consent
Use of the site and submission of information through it constitute informed consent by the user to the terms of this policy. Information is processed based on user consent, contract performance, or legitimate interests of the Company in providing its building cladding services. All information is stored as required by law in a registered or exempt database.
2. Information collected
We collect personal information when you actively reach out (name, phone, email) as well as technical information collected automatically (cookies, IP address, browsing data). We may also process operational data such as communication history to improve service quality and provide accurate pricing.
3. Purposes of processing
Information is collected for the following purposes:
- Providing cladding services, scheduling meetings, and executing engineering projects.
- Direct marketing (subject to explicit consent and statutory opt-out rights).
- Information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Statistical analysis to improve site performance and user experience.
4. Transfers to third parties
The Company does not sell personal information. Information will be disclosed to third parties only in the following cases: computing, hosting and software providers (data processors) bound by strict confidentiality agreements; subcontractors and business partners required to execute the project; and transfers abroad (for example for cloud backup) only to countries with adequate protection or under binding contractual safeguards.
5. Your rights (Amendment 13)
Under Amendment 13, you have the right to access information held about you, request correction or updating of incomplete or incorrect information, and request its deletion from the Company's direct mailing database at any time. Requests should be sent in writing to dargroup@dargroupbuild.com. We process requests within the statutory timeframe (21 days for access, 30 days for correction or deletion, unless extended by law).
6. Data security
The Company applies strict security mechanisms consistent with Israeli Privacy (Information Security) Regulations 5777-2017, including SSL encryption, tiered access controls and event logging. Despite our efforts, no online protection is absolute, and users should exercise personal caution.
7. Minors and authoritative language
The site is not intended for minors under 18. The Hebrew version of this policy (he link) is the binding legal version. This English translation is provided for convenience.
