## What the company actually does and does not do

- Only FR or A2 mineral-core panels are specified. PE (polyethylene) cores are not
  used on projects above ground floor, for fire-safety reasons.
- A rear ventilated facade is the standard installation method. Direct-fix
  cladding onto the substrate is not used.

- Substrate condition on an existing building. This is the item that cannot be

- Access equipment — standard scaffolding, a suspended platform or rope access.
- Panel grade and finish — FR or A2 core, and standard versus metallic,
  wood-effect or custom RAL finishes.
- Project size. A larger area lowers cost per m² through repetition.
